We are not the manufacturers of the "DigiLand" table and we have NO association with that tablet. A "DigiLand" tablet for sale in BestBuy had the web site www.digi-land.net on the box. There may be more than one store where this tablet is sold, but we have called BestBuy to let them know about the support calls we were getting, and they said that BestBuy itself should be supporting this tablet. That is all the information I have at this time.
